When does the daily quote change?
At midnight, in your device’s time zone. Each person gets their own order of quotes, so you won’t see a repeat for a full year.
Restoring the ad-free upgrade
iPhone: open the app, tap “Remove ads” at the bottom of the main screen, then “Restore Purchases”. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it.
Android: the upgrade comes back automatically when you open the app while signed in to the same Google account in Google Play.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by the store, so refunds are too. iPhone: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: use Google Play’s order history. If a purchase is refunded, ads may return.
Ads and privacy choices
If you’re in a region that requires consent for ads (such as the EEA or the UK), the “Privacy options” link at the bottom of the app’s main screen lets you change your choice at any time. On iPhone you can also change the tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Full details are in the privacy policy.
Favorites after changing phones
Favorites are stored on your device. They can come back on a new phone if you restore it from a backup of your old one (iCloud or computer backup on iPhone, Google backup on Android). Deleting the app deletes them.
